Regeneration and development of the chamber building in Wallasey Village. Leading to creation of 20 loft style contemporary apartments as well as 8 new retail shops and introduction of new retailers, including, Italian Style cafe, Solarium, Sport Shop. The overall cost of the project was £2.5m

Construction of 7 new 2 bedroom apartments with mechanical lift with high spec finishes and landmark to Wallasey Village. Project cost £1m.
Autumn lodge
Conversion of a nursing home into 9 self contained, contemporary 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Project Cost £700k.
